Connect with your evolving body and your growing baby. This weekly class will be your weekly date. Time includes journaling, gentle stretching, strengthening, (light) standing flow, deep breathing, restorative yoga and energy healing- all accompanied by a soothing playlist. Now is the opportunity to reflect about your journey, release what no longer serves motherhood and then mindfully create the environment your baby is growing in.
Cultivate self-care and self-love in an empathetic community of other mamas. The first months of a baby's life is fulfilling, yet exhausting and demanding for a mother. By protecting your self care time, you are maintaining a sense of self which inevitably gives you more energy to give to your baby. Weekly class includes a check-in, stretching, core strengthening, and deep relaxation. You deserve it!
I had never done prenatal yoga before. In fact, it's been almost ten years since I have even done yoga at all. I was nervous to try a class with Freedom Yoga, but am so glad that I did. I started at 16 weeks pregnant and now 20 weeks later, I am so grateful that it has become a part of my weekly routine. My prenatal yoga journey with Freedom Yoga has been healing for my mind, body, and soul. The classes have allowed me to bond with my baby and celebrate the miracle and blessing of life especially during these unprecedented times. I feel heard and seen in every single class and somehow relaxed while still challenged. Each sequence is intentional and the weekly themes integrate a deeper spiritual level to the class. The classes have helped me feel supported throughout my pregnancy and more confident, prepared, and open for whatever my labor and birth story may be.
