Yoga Sutras Study class provides an opportunity for self-inquiry and self awareness through exploring the ancient wisdom of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.
By learning the sutras, your physical practice will evolve and grow with purpose and mindfulness.
Every Monday, the class will start with a relaxing practice before a deep drive into the meaning of the sutra and a discussion to help apply and embody in everyday life (relationships, work, home life, etc).
During this 12-week series of 30-minute sessions, you will get to know how movement, breath, and thoughts impact your energy daily.

Each class will begin with a scenario that we will analyze as it relates to concepts of healing, breath, movement, and the chakras. We will hold a brief discussion or allow for journaling and will tie it all back together with a meditation.
The goal is that you will leave with knowledge and tools that will empower your healing process and that of those around you.
